The US Delta token ("USD") is issued by Pinnacle Trust, spun out of a European trust that  dates back centuries, and which has since been registered in the United States for decades. Pinnacle is working toward USDelta becoming the main form of currency used on international transactions within the oil industry and shipping of goods. The goal is to remove doubt between international buyers and sellers on a global scale specializing in sea and air transport by removing the issues of exchange rates between national currencies.

US Delta is backed by a sale and purchase agreement for the Trust to acquire more than 5,000 (five thousand)  metric tons of gold. Delivery started in December 2024 and is contracted to follow a bi-weekly delivery schedule of 100 MTs per month.  The purchase of the Gold is established outside the sales of the U.S. Delta token exchange. 


The gold collateral is valued at more than one trillion dollars, including any and all  derivatives based on the price of gold in early Jan 2025.
